Halloween Fun!

Halloween was so much fun this year! Jord and I had to figure out last minute costumes and the only things we had around was cowboy stuff...so we were cowboys. However, By the time we took pictures we had shed half our stuff so you only get a piece of the whole affect. Anyways....First we got to spend some time with my sister and her sweet little family which was such a rare treat since they live in California. They came to spend some time with her husbands (rob) grandpa who lives just a few blocks away from me! We braved the pooring rain with umbrellas and took her cute little pirates trick or treating! After about a block they were done and just wanted to go have shakes and cokes at Grandpas. Grandpa whiting has a whole old fashion soda shop in his basement and its amazing! I want one just like it! The coke was amazing and so were the shakes....Thanks Kaily and Rob for such a fun night and coming to see us! We miss you so much!

I have no neck in this picture and its making my face look fat haha. Oh well my beautiful sister makes us look good.

The next half of our night was spent with my favorite,  and bestest Pung yuo (friend in chinese)  in the whole world...my Chiner friend London! ( great minds think alike, she was a cowgirl too with an indian as her date haha) Her brother and his girlfriend joined us too as thing 1 and thing 2! We all made dinner and "dirt cups" for dessert. We played Mafia, had a little dance party in the kitchen, and ended the night with a Movie called 1408 which I can tell you nothing about because I was too scared to finish it and for the parts I was there for I was closing my eyes and plugging my ears while singing church songs haha. Scary movies are just not my thing but besides that it was a very Happy Halloween! It was so great to spend time with family and wonderful friends! It was one of those perfect moments that make you stop and think, "my life is so blessed". Happy Halloween everyone!

Well At least BYU wins when we are there!

Jordans family gets tickets to the BYU games, which this year I think they wish they hadnt. I think we might be good luck though because they actually won the game we attended! Last year while we were dating Jord and I went to the BYU vs Utah game which was amazing! It was there that I finally realized how much I loved this boy I now call my husband. It was as if the world went silent for a minute and all I could see was this amazing man that I suddenly knew I couldnt live without. So, BYU games hold a kind of magic that I can't explain. Still today while standing amist all the noise and cheers, each time I look over at my wonderful husband, my mind and  heart go back to that moment and those feelings rush through me all over again....I love you Jordan Lee and it is my greatest gift in life to have you!

Some Last Minute Summer Fun

I am so depressed that Summer is coming to an end and ill have to say good bye to my warm sunshine for a season, but we did manage to have some great times before it came to an end. To begin, we went up the monutain on four wheelers with Jordan's good friend Mr Brady Beck. It was a beautiful night with a full moon reflecting off Utah Lake. I wish pictures could have captured the beauty but im afraid my little digital camara can only give you an idea of how amazing it was to look out over Utah Valley and breath in the cool mountain air. I forget how peaceful the world can be when you venture out above the city and listen to the silence of a night. Thank you Brady for taking us! It was so fun.

Next, we had our last little fire in jordan's backyard with some friends. We attempted Ice blocking to begin with but after a few injurys and mudding landings we decided we should call it quits before anyone needed to visit the ER. Although, it was very entertaining to hear peoples reactions at the bottom of the dark hill. Jordan was the first one down and all we heard was "ouch". Needless to say the mud puddle he landed in broke his crash a bit.....all in all it was a night full of laughter, smores, roasted starburts, and wonderful memories with friends!

Our last adventure was a trip to Powell with Jordans family! It was the perfect way to end the season! We had a blast. We didnt get many pictures cause my camara died but there isnt anything much better than tubing and wake boarding on glassy water! The next day when you try and get out of bed and you cant move is totally worth it! It was a wonderful first summer together as a married couple and I can hardly wait for all the adventures that are still to come! So, goodnight for now but tune in again soon!

Happy 22nd Birthday Lundi

First I have the most wonderful husband in the world and I cant imagine a life without him. He pampered me all weekend instead of just one day! My birthday was on a Sunday this year which usually...well kinda stinks. Not when you are married to my sweet boy though. My birthday started Friday at 3 in the afternoon. Jord suprised me with a weekend getaway to Salt Lake. I knew from the minute we got off the exit we were in for a good time by the homeless mans sign that read "my family was killed by ninjas. Need money to take kung fuo lessons." haha that was just the first of many giggles and smiles. We stayed in the new Marriot Hotel, which by the way is where my Lakers stay when they come to town, where they brought us chocolate covered strawberries and sparkling cider after we returned from walking temple square and having a fun dinner at the bar of Califonia Pizza Kitchen, my first ID Check!!! I dont know if that was an insult or a compliment...I say compliment. The next morning I woke up to french toast and fruit in bed!! At that point I thought, this weekend couldnt get much better...but it did! Jordan let me go shopping with my birthday money! It was a beautiful day and Jordan was so good to let me model for him at every dressing room. (I bought him a 10  dollar shirt for being so good hee hee) To end the day we went to my childhood best friend's sealing! It was beautiful and we were so happy for them. The temple was the perfect ending to the day. The sealer was amazing and taught us some incredible things, and of course it was magical to see how happy Nessa and John were! Finally the next day, my actual birthday, I woke up to a framiliar Happy Birthday sign but in little letters it said turn over for more details. On the back it had 22 reasons why I love you (Written by Jordan). It was so cute and fun! Basically I have the most thoughtful husband that made my day even better than perfect! I love him more than Ill ever be able to tell him and I am truly a better person with each day I get to be loved by him. Thanks babe for making me feel special...how am I ever going to match what he did . Better start planning now...happy Birthday me for now!

Our First Summer Together

Jordan and I have now been married for a little over 4 months. Summer has been busy with Jordan trying to pass Math 1050 but we did manage to get in a few adventures. Just to name a few, first we went down to Cedar and my brother Kody was entered into a rodeo to tackle a cow...weird, but Jord put on his cowboy hat and we went and kicked it with Gunnisons finest cowboys and hicks. Our second trip was to Snow Bird! Jordans family has a time share up there and its beautiful! We sat in the hot tub on the deck, went swimming, sat in the eucalipses sana (I dont think thats how you spell it haha but oh well), and even went on a hike to cecret Lake. Just a few weeks ago we went on another hike called Kanara falls with my mom and sister and her husband and baby! It was so way fun! We had such a good time laughing with mama Young as we laid out our picnic in the parking lot! We also Had a super fun time visting Gramps and Grams Lundberg in Califonia but ill have to write about that later cause I dont have pictures yet! All in all, it was a great summer full of fun new memries of our beginnings together!  Until next time...thanks for tuning in!
